      AFS have called my home ************, repeatedly over the past month, at least twice a day trying to reach a person that does not live here. I have explained to the representative from AFS that we have never heard of the person "*******", and they do not live here. They have ignored this and have continued to call.

Furthermore, the phone number that was called #************ did not pull up any accounts in our system, nor did ***** ***** with the address given.       Today, June 9, 2023, I, my husband and my daughter were contacted by AFS and left messages that I call them back regarding case #****. I called ************, spoke with Ron. He stated that they purchased debts from Payday Loans that I apparently borrowed against (don't remember) in 2019. He states that I owe over $900 in default of my loan. I explained to him that I lost my job and my husband and I are on fixed incomes. We also are behind in utilities, car payment and barely scraping up enough money to buy food and gas. He was very threatening and states that I will receive court documentation within 1-3 days. I feel this in unfair business practice for something I don't even remember receiving, but I don't deserve to be threatened with court action, members of my family contacted trying to trace me down. All this for money that I don't clearly have for something that is over 4 years old. My priority is my current commitments to keep the utilities on and payments in order to not have my car repossessed. I'm truly trying to search for employment as well as to get whatever I can in assistance so I can at least make ends meet. I don't want any further action taken by AFS, as well I myself and my family members ask not to be contacted or threatened again. I don't have any money even if they threaten to take me to court.

      I filed a dispute against this collection agency I win the dispute case and the case close02/20/22 this collection agency still taking money from from account the last withdrawal they make was 09/15/22 every month they withdraw from my account

      They're the one who's making the transaction from my account  what company must I reach out to? The statue of liberty is 7 years June 2022 was 7 years why's it the still taking payments from my account up until 09/22 and if I didn't stop the payments they would continue

      Last October I got denied when applying for some loan in my name. Then I was provided a copy of my credit report and saw things on there that were inaccurate. Inquiries and addresses that are not mine were on my report as well as accounts that I never opened. I have contacted the creditors to make them aware of the breach. But they are requesting that I fill out a full Packet to show cause in order for them to cease reporting to my credit due to this possible identity theft. I also found this account that I believe not mine: Acct name: ACCL FIN SOL (Original Creditor: ** ***** FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC) acct no. ******** date opened 08/16/2019 balance $2,357.00 I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with: Company: ACCELERATED FINANCIAL SO Address: PO BOX **** GREENVILLE, SC 29606 Tel No: (866) ********  Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint together with dispute letter sent to the bureaus. I also filed complaints thru CFPB. Please delete this account from my credit report at once. Any questions or concerns I can be reached at *** ********* SE ST APT* ******* GA 30315 and email at *************@gmail.com. I need a response from the company.

      I have no knowledge of this debt it just showed up on my credit report being opened in November 2020 by ***** financial services llc i disputed this debt with all three credit beau. I want this company to remove this debt from my credit report.

      Kristie (or Christie) called my home number (972-********) from Accelerated Financial Solutions and requested that I verify my name and my birthday was July 1965. My birth year is not 1965, but I was not going to confirm or deny any information to these people. She would not give me any additional information as to why she was calling or why I needed to verify myself or my birth information. I asked for her name, company name, and telephone number and called back to see if she would answer and she did. This is the second time someone has called me from this company. I need to know why they are contacting me and if this call is legitimate. Also, the calls need to stop. This company appears to be a problem with other consumers. I hope they are not allowed to put any false information on my credit report. Thank you.

      This company is a debt buyer I asked them to validate this debt that I owe them But they couldn’t come Up with that. They said I paid 1203 to someone else but couldn’t provide that info. The original Debt was a company called ***** and they couldn’t provide me with documentation for why I owe them 1667 I would like this removed from my credit report and these people to stop contacting me.

      In response to your complaint, we did receive your first dispute dated 03/08/2021 in which you advised that you were a victim of natural disaster. Validation documents were mailed to you on that same date, 03/08/2021 to the address is as follows: **** ***** DRIVE, *******, GA 30032. We also responded to your 2nd dispute in which you advised you were not aware of the account and your 3rd dispute in which you disputed the present/previous account status/payment history.

      As far as the payment that was mentioned, on 6/23/2020 you made arrangements to settle your account with the previous owner, but the check for $1203.50 was returned insufficient. In July 2020, they received a dispute from you.
