When you buy a item from me I use the money you pay me to make your item as I do make everything upon receiving payment. Every order is hand made by us for your vehicle, which means when you order from me I order the materials it takes to make your item. With that being said my refund policy is NO REFUNDS! I spend to much time and money making your item for someone to cancel half way during making a order because "You cant pay rent" so you need your money back. I have had that happen quite a bit of time or something along that line.
If a item fails or breaks and its because of our fault we will replace it or fix what broke!
