      I've used Precision on both of my houses with one being serviced for 3 years and HVAC unit replaced on the last year. They came out multiple times to remedy the problem and every tech was very polite and knowledgeable to explain everything in detail to me. I purchased a new home 3 years ago and it still had the original unit from the 1980's. Precision came out for the HVAC inspection for closing noting various issues since the unit was so old. 4 months later when summer hit, Precision came out to charge the system back up with some minor repairs. They gave me a quote for replacement which was good for a year. With 13 days left on my quote, the unit was struggling and I called Precision to have a new unit installed. Not only did they honor the original quote (which was before all the new regulations) but they also deducted all the repair work from the same year......as they said they would. I use them at my home and at my business and would not call anyone else. I'm shocked to see a negative review in here. *** *

      Simple annual check for the AC. See you guys again in a couple months for the heat portion of the check. Technician was great. He showed how to check for my unit’s warranty status and things I could do to help extend the life of the unit.

      Precision was great at first. They were always responsive and quickly replaced the air handler and condenser of my heat pump. The air conditioner initially worked very well and had no issues. They continued to tell me that the heat would not work and the thermostat needed to be reprogramed to get the heat to work to "energize the B terminal." Precision came out, took a look, and then wanted me to have my home automation company come out to reprogram the thermostat. So I spent another $50 for a service call to get this done and it STILL didn't work after a reprogram. I called Precision to tell them it isn't working and rather than offering to come out to check their OWN work they tell me I need a new thermostat (for another $150) and offer to install it (for a fee of course). So I buy a new thermostat and decided to try it myself first and followed the directions EXACTLY. Ended up having the same problem as with the initial thermostat. I call Precision again to notify them of the issue and they want another $139 dollars for a service fee call on TOP of the $6,600 I just spent on a new install. I decided to go through my home warranty company which was cheaper only to find the the WIRING was the issue from the initial install, NOT the thermostat. This company made ZERO attempt to remedy the situation and wanted more money first before checking their own work. I am thoroughly disappointed and will be brining my business elsewhere.
