  The business did not drain our septic tank completely,They left about 2 feet of waste in the tank.I put a stick in there to measure it the next morning , in less than ******************************************************* there from the drain lines because they were not working,He also used profanity on the phone with me and lost his temper. He was very unprofessional as a businessman and refused to come back out and finish the job.He quoted us an exorbitant price to put new lines down the day before when he told my wife he would have to come back in a week to drain again if we didnt put down new lines That made me suspicious so I checked behind him,He quoted $3500:00 dollars for a job we had done before for $500.00 some years earlier,I feel that is price gauging.I contacted the previous Septic tank company that we used in the past that put the lines down and he informed us that what he said was untrue, We had put 3 lines down and sent the washing machine water to another source in our yard as well as put down rocks so no way could the lines back up to 2 feet of water in less than 24 hours after pumping out the waste.This is a bad way to do business He would not even try to work out a solution I could have put stop payment on the check but he deserved something for his work and I in turn deserve a complete job for my money.

  Went to The Brunson's  at *******************************************************************

  Pumped septic Tank and advised ******************* to see the bottom of the tank. She refused to come look to confirm septic tank was pumped out. I noticed ground water coming back into tank from drain fields. Advised ******************* the ground water was coming back into tank, the drain fields were not doing their job and septic tank was going to fill back up with ground water. I advised additional drain fields to be installed due to the water coming back septic tank. Gave her a price of $3500.00.  ****************** had already left to go to work and, on the phone, said his wife could handle it.

  ****************** called the next morning saying we did not do our job. Two feet of water was left in the bottom of the tank. Tried to explain to ****************** about the ground water coming back into tank and he kept overtalking me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I did not cuss at ******************, I referred to the septic tank as a m f er. I did not say the word. 

  He stopped payment on his check and service was rendered. I cannot fight the ground water. When the ground is saturated with water it will not take on anymore. He refused to listen to me explain about the ground conditions.

  I am rejecting this response because:He is lying about asking me to come out and look at the bottom of the tank.We just wont use him anymore nor refer him My sister asked me who we used  so she can have hers  pumped and I declined to recommend him.He can redeposit the check  I took the stop payment off Let him live with his conscience God will take care of us! No further action is needed Thank You for looking into for us Its good to know there is an organization out there to help the little man from bad businesses.
