Not clear at all that Apple devices are not supported with the products they sell. The uploader program only works with Windows systems. So after having the headache of trying to figure that out (two hours on hold with Bully Dog), I contacted the guys who wrote my programs at 5 star, at first no help, then someone said they will upload my files to the Bully Dog cloud so I can download them to my device. No luck, tried twice now without any luck. The owner doesn't seem to care as he offers NO RESOLUTION. So, after modifying my stock intake system on a perfectly running 5.0, I have expensive plastic that doesn't enhance my performance and a $500 tuner that won't communicate with its manufacture. And a lasting first impression that 5star could care less. Nice job 5star. Made in America, hell, made in my home state is no better than made in China!

I find both your review and your submission to the BBB to be inaccurate and FALSE! I have been emailing you via our [email protected] and [email protected] emails since you first contacted us. We advertise the devices as Windows only. The workaround SCT/Bully Dog created was the wi-fi cloud system rather than creating an app for iOS. This is controlled by the device manufacturer which we are not. Our first response to you was to mention that the program could be used on the Mac via Parallels. We've mentioned since and have loaded your tunes to the cloud, have mentioned getting the device here and in regard to our conversation this morning you were going to meet us at the shop on 11/5 for assistance. You say we don't care, but we do and have tried to assist. The devices are made in Florida and we tune in your home state of South Carolina.Review from Landell

You sought out our services to correct an issue you were having with your displacement on demand on your GM vehicle and to tune your vehicle for a cam. We advised that we believe the vehicle you brought us had other issues and recommended a mechanic shop as major repair is not our area of focus. We were advised to tune your application with cam and to remove the displacement on demand. That we were able to accomplish. As for your vehicle's underlying issues that were present prior to visiting our shop, they remain. We again would recommend a mechanic to repair the hardware issues with your vehicle.
