We have an Enclosed Patio project that has not been satisactorily completed by Trademark Home Exterior located at XXXX Xrd ****** ******* ** XXXXX, however they are demanding final payment! I have repeatedly called Mark S****** the Owner of this company several times from June 27th until August 25th, 2022, 9 phone call attempts on various dates to his cell phone which were not returned. These contacts were initiated after calling his Office Clerk who did not return my calls after repeated attempts in May and June 2022, always stating she would "call Marcus and let him know!" We have been attempting to get this reconciled since the enclosure was erected in March/April 2022 and Mr S****** and his son Marcus have been non-respoonsive. Issue that remain unaddressed are: 1. The bottom of the enclosure leaks onto the patio when it rains. He stated the slope of the patio was the issue but he never mentioned any issues with the slope after he came to physically inspect the property for the project, taking measurements and checking out the area. So we completed a drainage project which cost us thousands and added additional drains and it STILL Leaks! 2. The patio doors to the left, when facing the enclosure, stick because the door frame is not level. The son Marcus built it up on the farthest left side where it meets the column which has caused the doors to be uneven and it does not slide easily or properly! IT STICKS! Doors do not lock easily! 3. The screen doors do not align and do not close properly. They bow in the middle. Son Marcus was "contacting the manufacturer " to get them out here to get some professional input, which never happened. 4. The seams in the enclosure have not been caulked and the enclosure is not paint properly. 5. Grill is too close to vinyl windows creating a fire hazard. 6. This project has not been inspected by Building Codes Inspector and permit is still open. Please contact this Company for an immediate resolution. Thank you.
