    Purchased our home thru Beverly Construction LLC in 2019 and recently noticed the roof leaking due to a structural/framing problem, Had a licensed building inspector come out to review the building of roof as well as a local reputable roofing company to come out and look at the faulty build of our roof, both have told me it is definitely a roofing / framing issue. I have been going back and forth with Beverly homes to note my situation and it seems they have done nothing about getting this problem resolved. I understand homes have a one year warranty but this in fact is not a warranty issue it is definitely a building or structural issue, that needs to be fixed. I could have 10 different roofers come out and look at framing of roof and all would tell me same that the trusses are not completely adhered to roof and causing a trough on roof having water to sit ontop of roof having water drain inside attic area and causing leaking inside of home

    WE were very excited to purchase our new ********************** home in *********** **************, we paid $15,000 for a pond view which was lovely & were assured no one could block that view by a privacy fence, that any fencing had to be 4 ft & either a white picket or black iron. All was great until this June when a neighbor put in a pool & then added a privacy fence along the left side of their home which comes up more than 1/3 from the back of the house which is in our covenants that is "under no circumstances not approved".. It turns out that Mr ********************** himself gave the homeowners permission before they built the home due to some issues they had at the time w/Beverly Homes. The fence that they put in blocks a large portion of the view we had & even larger portion of some of our neighbors. We feel very strongly that we should have been warned that the fence was to be installed as we would not have purchased this home, the location and view were the most important issues to us. As stated, we did pay a substantial amount for the view and feel we were definetly misled. We encourage all who are thinking of purchasing a ********************** Home to get absolutely every little thing in writing as we are now stuck with a huge white wall as well as a 4 ft fence with slats so wide no one can see past it..

    I thought I hit the lottery, beautiful house on pond lot! HOA to keep it that way! Recently found out builder can override and break his own HOA rules and allowed fencing on the pond that is clearly not allowed because of an error HE made. So we homeowners now have to pay the price for his mistake. BEWARE OF PURCHASING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS NO INTEGRITY!! Once you sign on the dotted line you are nothing and CLEARLY does not care about the members of this wonderful community!
