I purchased a new home from ****** in 2020. We had issues with the carpet from move in day, March 29, 2020. ****** tried to correct the issues & has been unable to. In October, 2022, the carpet in the master bedroom & a second bedroom began to wrinkle/buckle. I called **** Industries since they are who the carpet was purchased from & has a 10 year warranty. The **** rep told me I had to go thru the builder since I don’t have the receipt for the carpet. After much ado with ****** about the warranty being over, I finally got them to understand all I need is the receipt. ****** directed me to Builders Wholesale, the company that purchased the carpet & installed it. I called BW in late October & Russell was scheduled to look at the carpet the first week of Nov. He was didn't come. I called again & scheduled him to come out on Nov 29th. No show, no word. I called again & Meghan who answered the phone said he was working in my neighborhood that day. She had him call me & he came out, looked at the carpet, took pictures & said he would open a claim with **** for us & **** would contact us. We never heard from ****, but on March 2, I got an email from ****** Warranty Department with the claim number from ****, making it clear that our warranty was over with ****** and this came from Builders Wholesale, which is what I wanted from the beginning. We still haven’t heard anything from **** so I called them on March 15th to check on our Claim #445151 which was submitted and opened on March 2, 2023. The person I spoke with said the claim was submitted & resolved on March 2, & I would have to contact Brittany Heart at Décor Carpet One, who is the company that Builders Wholesale purchased the carpet from. He indicated that she would probably only speak with Builders Wholesale. Today, March 15th, I cannot get a response from Builders Wholesale, ****** will not help me in any way, & **** will not speak with me. I just want my carpet corrected or replaced.Business response

We've been waiting on **** to respond back in regards to the carpet in this home. They have approved replacement of the product. Will reach out to schedule.Customer response
