We purchsased (paid cash) for an******************** Suite November 2020. I called Val-u-furniture ************ May *** regarding the bed is broken. Was told someone would come out on the May ***h to evaluate damage. I have had several calls with a female employee and ***** (manager). We have sent pictures and a video reflecting bed being broken. Was told May **** no need for someone to come look at the bed the pictures and video was enough. As of today May *** 2021 this problem is not resolved. We were told it will be another week (3 total) before the rails will arrive. It will be June before the bed arrives. I think we have been more than patient, and understanding of the pandemic delays. This is not acceptable to pay over $2000 for something you can't sleep on.
