I ended my service with Palmetto Exterminators in the early fall of this year. I called them personally to end my service and I hired a new service. I continued to receive email solicitation from them and requested multiple occasions and continue to receive emails from them. Whenever I was scheduled to receive service in the past I demanded they schedule around my work so I could be there verifying service was performed. Earlier this week I received a bill $239 for services rendered. They didn’t inform me of any such services nor did they send me notifications of their intentions nor did they provide me with documentation of service. My *** camera nor my **** camera capture them and I have footage from last year.Business response

Ms. ******** received a renewal notice from us with the offer to renew her termite coverage with Palmetto Exterminators. She was confused and thought it was a bill for already rendered service. We explained to her that it is not a bill and simply a reminder that her coverage was about to expire. She then had the option to pay and renew or let it lapse and cancel. We did search all recorded phone calls within a 5 month time frame from June 2023 to Nov 26, 2023 and found no requests to cancel termite service. We also require a written request to be able to cancel any termite contract. We did not receive one of those until November 27,2023 when Ms. ******** responded to our email. Her account was canceled on 11/27/2023 and she will no longer receive any communication from our company per her request.Business response

To whom it may concern,
Palmetto Exterminators has resolved this issue with Ms. ********. The correspondence Ms. ******** received was a notification to renew her termite bond. It was not a bill. Ms. ******** has chosen to not renew her termite bond with us at this time and requested that her coverage be cancelled. Palmetto has cancelled her coverage effective November 28, 2023. Please let us know if there is any further information we can provide.
