Wrong Steve the appointment was 1:15 we sat there for 2.5 hours then went to ask what was going on. Christy Rice was rude and unprofessional. As we was leaving she told us good luck on the part. News flash; got the part from Toyota on rivers for 3 hundred dollars cheaper.

Mr. T*****, I've left several messages requesting some info as we all pay the same for parts. I apologize if Chrissy was rude but she wasn't happy with the profanity from Mrs. T***** so I apologize for that. Very very disappointed with this dealership, Bought a new tacoma 6 months ago, got a E mail stating my vehicle was due for its 5K maintaince schedule, I called and asked what does it include,They stated , oil change , ck out all fluids, rotate tires , and a 40 point inspection +, And asked me did I have any other concerns, I told them Yes, I do, The transmission has a few quirks that can lead to a Very dangerous condition, So I made a 2 week in advance appointment , When I got there, ( I live 125 miles away) (three hours of driving) They told me that they were Backed up and really Don't think they can service my truck, at the end of the day, I was being attacked for what the employees didn't know, they gave me all false information,And one employee even after lying to me and when I challenged him, that I Know they didn't do that work He almost attacked me a viciously and threw the work order at me to the floor. He stated work was Done and it wasn't..! Im a very sick man, and so is my wife, were older couple, honest and very hard working and caring, Is this any way to treat your customers ??

Hi Clem, the Tacoma has synthetic oil so the oil change is every 10K. If someone had misspoken then I apologize. As far as the attacking goes and throwing papers I've watched the cameras and will be more than happy to share that footage with you. I know we've already spoken and you have a family emergency so I'll talk to you Monday but I can assure you there was no vicious attack after seeing the video.
