Left the surveying job incomplete (paid in full). Multiple calls to the office to have job completed. Total lack of accountability for ones responsibilities. Laziness on the field technician's part. Condescending attitudes. Unsatisfactory costumer service. Completely aloof to a dissatisfied costumer stating "well there's no shortage of business". Very disappointed overall experience.

In our initial written contract it is explained that sometimes we will have to return to set the corners. After the drawing was created, the missing corners were computed and a return trip was made to set the corners. The customer called and said he didn't know where the corners were, so we sent photographic proof of the corners being set. The rear corners were in a drainage ditch and it fills with water, but the ribbons were still tied onto the iron rod. Mr. *********** called the office on 2 occasions and cursed out 2 employees saying the corners were not in, despite photographic evidence. Dispite Mr. ***********'s nasty and foul language, we returned again to make sure the iron pin had not been disturbed or settled too far in the mud. Our crew returned again, as a courtesy, and confirmed placement. Mr. ********** proceeded to call the crew chief and threaten to show up at our office at 730am and he "guaranteed" he would not be laughing. We have completed this project by the standards that are in place for SC Land Surveying Services. I will not put my workers in danger of a threatening customer that has already admitted that he "lost his cool".
