On Sept 3,2021 we hired this company to replace our air conditioning unit. The 1st day the house was not cooling at all because they did not put coolant in the unit. That same night the Wi-Fi thermostat that we paid an additional$300 for was not working at all. A few weeks went by and 2 of my bedrooms are not cooling at all. I call the owner to address my concerns and he was very rude and kept cutting me off. He keep saying that he was frustrated because we have been complaining about our air conditioner. Well if that job was done correctly and he had some sort of professionalism we would not have these problems are issues at all. I would NEVER deal with this company again. The workers were very nice but the owner was so rude and unprofessional. I Would not recommend this company due to the unprofessionalism that was displayed to me and my husband. They owner had no issue taking over $6000 from us but has a problem with me addressing my concerns about a unit that WE paid for. No Thanks sir.Review from Stefanie A

One year ago I paid $12,000 to have my entire system replaced. This year it shuts off if it gets above 90°. I called at 4:45pm and 7:30pm....since it says they are 24hrs....and didn't get a call back until 9am the next day. Bernie himself told me the website has been wrong for 2 years. He then proceeded to be extremely angry and even suggested I call a different company since he is so busy. He was extremely difficult to work with last year and is again now. His tech guys are always very professional but he brings the entire company down. If I knew it would be this difficult to get support, I would have gone through another company.
