Premier Restoration, you have a customer for life! Beginning with your FREE estimate, the outstanding quality of your work, to the completion of repairs, you've made this go so smoothly. No headaches, no worries... we really can't thank you enough. We are 100% satisfied with everything you've done. $79 to tell me that they can't help me. Short staff they said so I need to find a contractor that can handle what I need done.

******, I don't see where we did any work for you. I see where we offered to come out immediately after hours and you declined. We then worked with your schedule to come out when was convenient for you and gave you a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. We let you know that it was a $79 charge to send out our team to estimate the work to be done. We then let you know that we could dry it out immediately but that ultimately it needed to be torn out and replaced. We let you know that we are 6-8 weeks out from when our construction team would be able to start, which is quicker than the vast majority of companies in our currently labor state. I sincerely apologize that you don't feel the $79 is fair, but we spent far more than this amount to send out team out to inspect and give you a detailed breakdown of the work that is needed to be done.
