I've been taking my truck to this certified dealer for 85k miles now. When I/us as customers take our vehicles to the dealerships we know we pay more. We do it for piece of mind that certified technicians are ensuring our vehicle is safe to drive... I recently was stranded on the side of the road because of bad wheel bearings and a leak that caused my abs sensor to warn me. It was so bad that the 3rd shop (1st two being ****** certified dealers) said 2 different issues were going g on and I discovered the severity of the issue would have locked up my brakes and potentially caused me to slide off a mountain. ( I drive in the mountains regularly). The response I got was, well we don't check that... how could it have gone unnoticed and gotten as bad as it was for me to have to replace the the entire axle assembly a d it wouldn't even come up in an inspection report. They will tell you in a heartbeat you need your ac, coolant, brake fluid ect.... Dealerships are no longer reliable. They don't stand for what they used to stand for and it's all about selling you something you DONT NEED VRS something that is literally life threatening!!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, **

Worst new car buying experience! They just want the sale and will not follow through with what they say. I drive a new Toyota 4runner that I don’t even like. Things they said to make it right was never done. I do not recommend buying from them!

People warned me about this dealership. I went with them anyway, for convenience and thought their "Family Promise Plan" was a worthy promotion, but that turned out to be a scam, also. I Bought a Highlander from them at MSRP. I gave them a $1,000 deposit and awaited delivery. The delivery was important to me. I need this car for work purposes and I let them know that. In hindsight . . . a mistake. I caught them early on trying to increase the price. . . they backtracked and AGAIN agreed on the original MSRP. Could not believe they would try something so obvious, but they did. When the car was ready, I went to take delivery and noticed that the price on the paperwork was not the price that we had agreed on. Thankfully, I kept good records of our paperwork and noticed their "new scam price" before I signed. The salesman was clearly well aware of the "new scam price" but played it cool until I brought it up. At that point, he shifted into the "I gotta check with my manager" scam. Also, the promotional items ("Family Promise Plan") that were promised were not on the car. Every step of this process was dishonest...the sales (several sales persons. . . none worth a dime. Lacking basic product knowledge and integrity), the promotion (The "Family Promise Plan" is a scam. They provided no floor mats, etc.. . . as "promised"), the financing (All but ignored the promotional Toyota Financial offer until I insisted), and (most important) the final price. They are experts at the art of the scam. BOTTOM LINE: They would not sell me the car for the agreed upon price so I left without a urgently needed car. BECAUSE OF THE CURRENT CAR MARKET, (SLOW PRODUCTION AND DELAYED DELIVERY) I AM SURE THEY SOLD "MY" CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE WILLING TO PAY A PREMIUM FOR A CAR IMMEDIATELY. . NO BIG DEAL TO THESE CLOWNS. I HAVE SEEN SOME PRETTY SLEAZY CAR DEALERS IN MY YEARS, BUT THESE CLOWNS TOP THEM ALL.

Terrible experience dealing with the dealership. Was told by the salesman Glen w******(Crash) that the vehicle was available and he proceeded with forwarding information to me so that I could transfer to my bank then once I put in an offer he says his sales manager Marty C******* has someone in transit to come look at the vehicle so he can’t sale it now . So basically they sale vehicles out from under you and give you false hope on making a purchase with them on a vehicle your interested in . Never was a follow up or an apology for the inconvenience that they caused ! Would give 0 stars if possible . They replied back on my ****** review saying that I was informed that they was multiple offers on the vehicle which was a lie . Also that I offered way less on the vehicle with I offered $15k when asking price was $16k not including there bill crap dealer fees . Don’t buy from the place !!!! Spend your money else where .Dirty people esp Glen w****** the salesman and the sales manager Marty C*******

ZERO STARS...AVOID RALPH HAYES TOYOTA AT ALL COSTS!!! July 13, 2021 a truck was special ordered, with a $1000 deposit put down. On 9/6/21 I got a call saying the truck was there. Because it was Labor Day, I was unable to get a check from my bank for the purchase, so I had to go back the next morning. When I arrived back at the dealership, with $42,000 check in hand, the manager called the police and told them we were making a scene. We were literally sitting in a cubicle not making a sound, not moving around, nothing. Police asked us to leave the property, which we did, without issue. Later I called the dealership to see if we could work something out and was told that the truck was already sold that morning. I have never been treated so poorly, or disrespected so much, as with this dealership. The only reason this case was not allowed to be logged as a "complaint" with BBB is because the dealership refunded the $1000... but that doesn't change the fact that they are running an extremely shady business.
