    Purchased bedroom suite back in January. Took forever for furniture to come in. Bed, and night stands were delivered back in May, bed was damaged. While delivering my furniture they damaged my headboard, footboard, damage to walls and stairs. I was told that someone would be out to repair it, after multiple calls no one has been out to repair walls and stirs that was damaged. Sent in a quote to have it fixed still nothing. My walls and floors are still unfixed. Damage to food board of bed I was given a price adjustment. damage to headboard, they repressed but it has been on back order. I’ve talked to them and told them O do not want a new headboard, I’m afraid they will do more damage to my walls and stairs. They were suppose to give me a credit for damage… I’ve not seen that either. My chest is still on back order suppose to be here mid august. I was told back in January that this furniture would be completely in 6 weeks didn’t happen. They said it would not be discontinued. I’ve been waiting on the chest since January and the furniture has been discontinued. Hopefully they will get it here by august and it will not be damaged. I’m tired of all the lies and run around. Still waiting on chest, floors and walls to be fixed and a price adjustment on headboard.

    I ordered furniture from Hampton in March of 2021 and paid cash. At the time of ordering I was told it would take anywhere from 20-24 weeks before it came in. So at about 20 weeks j start calling trying to get updates. Mind you no one has been calling me to give me updates. So I was told some of my furniture would be in before the other. I was ok with that. Fast forward to end of November 6th. I received the remaining piece of furniture which was my couch. It came in and it was the wrong color!!! Now I’m waiting 2 more months because they are having to have another one ordered. I’m furious at this point. There was no discount or anything given for this mistake. Only an I’m sorry! January 14th 2022 I finally received the correct couch. I know things are crazy with covid but this is unacceptable!!!!

    We have spoken on the phone but again want to apologize for our mistake and dropping the ball. Our hope is that should you chose to do business again that we exceed your expectations. It has been extremely difficult year handling the demand and navigating through a pandemic. However, it is not an excuse.
