I am a new client at Tucker Orthodontics. On my first visit after looking at my teeth I was told that I had to pay a $673.00 deposit in order to start my process. I payed my deposit and was got my teeth scanned to have my clear correct made. I was told that I would be two weeks however, it was much longer. When I finally got to that appointment, I was immediately taken into a room to sign a payment plan contract before I could receive my product that I had already paid for. I was taken in the back room to get my clear correct fitted by Dr. Tucker and they I was told they did not fit. I was not accommodated in any way for my time or money. I was told to come back a week alter. I asked to see my products for myself and I was told that it was gone and that I could not see what I had said for. I was promised to pick up 9 trays and only left with one tray. I called to try to advocate for myself to get a fair resolve on my issue. My process was pushed back three weeks and I asked for my payment plan to be pushed back three weeks and I was told no. I was advantage of and signed a contract and still expected to make on time payments and not receive on time payments.Business response

After many attempts to reach her to discuss her treatment options, she decided to discontinue treatment. We gave her a full refund and she kept the bottom retainer, then released her as a patient on **** ***** 2023.
