Very happy with Clean Care. I've had two experiences with disaster restorations companies unfortunately in the same year. The first experience was with ***********, the second with Clean Care. Given the choice between the two, I'll take Clean Care based on the experiences I've had with both.We had water damage in our RI home after the storm in December of 2023. I contacted Clean Care late Monday, had *********************** at my home Tuesday before noon. A lot of homes were impacted by the storm and I'd hoped to have someone out by Thursday at the latest to start mitigation, beyond the bit I had already done as a homeowner to save pictures and other valuables. **** had folks there Wednesday afternoon and I had equipment drying a lot of it by the time they left late Wednesday.Not only did they setup equipment where the majority of the damage was, they went above and beyond by setting up equipment where I was drying family pictures.Highly recommended.Review from Jason C.

I've depended on clean care for all of my business restorations, (fire, flood, and emergency board up) needs for over 15 years. So when I had a sewer backup at my home they earned my trust not to think twice! It is an unbelievable feeling to know that when you call in the midst of chaos they will come help you get back to normal!Review from AB

This company should never be used for anything. They came to my home for water damage that was covered by my insurance company. They took so long to do the work and after they finished my home was never the same. The insurance adjusted wrote up and estimate to replace the kitchen cabinets and all the hardwood floors. They never applied for building permits even though they were paid to. The cracked my bathroom tile, destroyed my dishwasher, Busted my lamp and installed a cabinet that is 1/4 at the top and 3/4 space at the bottom. Then they try to tell you the old cabinet was that too. Lie lie lie that's all they do. The *********************** inspected my home and asked clean care to fix or replace everything they destroyed and of course they refused. They will get fined my the Board of contractor along with fines from the Warwick building and permits department. They also owe me a remediation report that was required if they ever applied for the permits. This company has a rating of 1 star everywhere you look It would be lower
