Terrible **************** i called and *** Pick up the phone and asked me for a 2 digit Trim code that on audi Q7 Models from 2011 to 2015 are the same, and on top of that i he made me drive 2 hours there told me that i would get the seats the same day and when i was there i asked him if could see the seats because i just want to make sure that the seats was ok he refused to was trying to make buy it just for pictures, and was very unprofessional them told me that if wanted the seas i need to leave a deposit abd wait for him to called me when was ready just ridiculous to lie someone like that is just bad costomer service i talked to the manager and he was in defensive mode i told him ill report this there you go i hope that they learn from it. And if i would see all these reviews i wouldn't even come hereReview from R. D.

We bought engine from this company with warranty and engine is broken. Management is refusing to deal with the issue and ignoring our phone calls after we left numerous messages.I wish I could leave n stars

We are not the ones refusing to deal with the issue, yes we accepted your calls. We informed you of what you had to do per your warranty guidelines per the signed contract you filled out. You were informed that you had to submit proper paperwork showing what was done to engine upon install, and also what was done afterwards. You also again were told we need this before moving forward, and that once provided you are responsible for returning the engine for a inspection also as part of the warranty guidelines. All of this which you have choose not to due, and stated it on phone. So how can we help you even start the process, if are not again even willing to even help yourself. Which all of this has been documented.Customer Response
