**** Milanovich driving through the town of Somerset soliciting his business on asphalt coating. He was stalking and driving very slowly around the neighborhood. All the neighbors were talking about this incident. It caused an uneasy feeling to some people making me feel like I was scammed to say yes to his services. I was not satisfy with his work since he missed a lot of areas during the spraying and covered my fence with the aftermath. The outcome came out to be shiny and slippery during the rain. My mom almost slipped and fell down when walking on my driveway. When my car tire hits the sprayed sealcoat it makes a squeaking sound driving on it. **** was very adamant and tried to coerce me in changing mind to let him do the sealcoating I wished he didnt use that kind of tactic on his customers.Review from Kristen H

I'm going to start this with my experience was one in a million. I'm not going to go into details, but list things to keep an eye on with this company before you go through what we did. I signed a contract with MB Roofing august 4, 2021. Work didn't start until October 14, 2021.First, ************ has this amazing website, crb.**.gov that you can look up licenses on. It tells you if companies have any violations. Make sure their license is active, and not suspended Secondly, make sure they give you insurance paperwork, before you do anything. Call them even, and make sure it's still active. I only found out when there was an issue that they didn't have any kind of insurance at all. This company is not commercial or industrial, they are general contractors, which is shown on the crb.**.gov site, and not listed on BBB. This means they can not work projects that are over ***** square feet, or anything involving more than 2 units They are now BBB accredited, but weren't when I first started working with them. Make sure they do test cuts if applicable, and aren't just doing the easiest thing for them. Make sure they get a permit to do any work, and check with the town and get a copy. Make sure to go through the contract bit by bit, and if you have any questions, contact crb.**.gov or a lawyer, I was informed the contract I signed was missing quite a bit of necessary information. Be very cautious with this company if you decide to go with them, but I would sincerely advise another company. This company will say whatever they need to say to get into your pocket.
