I took my car in to have a noise checked under my car. First I was told it was a pin..then when the technician put it on the lift (the owner from the front desk yelled over to his technician to say my car needed springs and struts. He charged me $25.00 to look at it... The big problem is that I left there, went to another shop. As soon as he put it on the lift he saw that the SUBFrame of my car was completely cracked. I was unable to drive my car home because it was not safe. When I called North Providence auAuto and Tire, I explained what happened. They charged me to look under my car and NEVER noticed that the SUBFRFrame was cracked. I called them this morning to let them know. The owner yelled at me and told me to come get my $25.00 back. I explained I would have to find a ride there. He yelled again and said "I don't care if you walk here" and slammed the phone down. He hung up on me. Terrible way to do business.

I brought my car in for a front end wheel **************** rotation. Didn't take too long & reasonably priced. However, when I drove away, the car was making a loud squealing sound coming from my front ********** was not able to turn around & go back as I had an appointment. The following week they were closed for vacation. I went back the following week to find out what happend & was told that whoever did my brakes did not do it right. Total lie!! The person who did my brakes is a professional mechanic has been putting new brakes on all my cars for the past 35 years with never a problem! Now this place is refusing to fix it unless I pay. They created the problem in the first place!! They were rude & nasty to me, extreme bad customer *********** would never, ever bring another car there again! I have reported them to the BBB & filed a complaint with the attorney general & urge everyone who is unsatisfied with those rude people to do the same!! !! Don't trust them as I'm sure they create problems so they can soak you for more money!!!
