Then when our primary residence sold we immediately thought of your company for this additional investment property that we owned. We had it listed with a Realtor but it was not selling in the timeline that we needed it to. We didn’t realize that you were actually going to buy the property from us. We knew that we didn’t want to be out of state landlords. We had owned property in the area for several years and knew that this was a situation that we were comfortable with. I had just gone through a divorce so things were a little rough for me at that point. Looking for a new place I was frustrated because I couldnt find one that was affordable and a place that I liked. It just didnt make sense to waste money on rent for something that wasnt going to eventually be ours. Your program gave us the opportunity to get into a place that we liked, had room for us and also room for us to grow, while also not throwing our money away on rent. To be candid I was a little nervous all the way up until I applied for the loan. I was a little concerned with things that were on my credit but they didnt end up being an issue. Now that we have our loan its a much clearer picture and a sense of relief. We finally have a home of our own and dont have to worry about moving around like gypsies.****************

I have not used Pre-Properties as a service but I have been a neighbor to a property which they own in ******** **,The property is over ***** square feet and located on a bluff overlooking the Ocean. I real spectacular property with a unique set of circumstances. During the period the property was owned by Pre-properties, I, as a neighbor, found them to be responsive to my concerns and willing to listen to some recommendations. As the property is exposed to sea and salt air, there were some immediate repairs needed but most were mostly cosmetic. Pre-properties addressed the structure issues first then followed up with some cosmetic improvements. In one instance there had been repairs made to a widows walk on the peak of the home. We discussed the structural needs for the repair and Pre-properties removed and replaced the entire structure from framing up, I appreciated their level to detail. I am also aware of another neighbor having issues with the shrubs as the met the front walk and I think that issue was addressed in under a month. Whenever I called the office, I would get a call back within 24 hours. I found them responsive, capable, and experienced in real estate management and maintenance. We rarely discussed their purchase, lease back program but should I find myself in the position where I needed such a service I think I would call the staff over at Pre-properties first and see what they had to offer.
