Date of Installation: 04/23/2021.$13,875.00 paid.According to contact Wood's Heating Service committed to provide: Honeywell 22 Kw Whole House Generator, 100 Amp Whole House Transfer Switch, ************* *** piping installation, ************ propane tanks, All Electrical installation work necessary, 5 Year Warranty, 1 Year Heating Service Agreement. We were never told by the Salesperson, ************************* that the ***** gallon propanr tanks were Not going to be owned by us (The Buyer). Now Wood's is claiming they own the ***** gallon propane tanks and that only they are able to provide us with propane delivery. I (The Buyer) am claiming Fraud. I have ended all Oil service with Wood's Heating Service after over 20 years as a good paying Wood's custome due to unacceptable, worsening Customer **********************. Please examine the contract and provide us with a resolution. Thank you.Business response

The issue with ************ has been resolved with giving him the 2- 120 propane tanks, which he has agreed to. We asked ************ last week to provide pictures with the Woods labels taken off the tanks and inform the BBB that the issue was resolved. As of today, we have not heard back from him.Customer response
