      False advertising. The web site states in stock and is not they have to order it and have it shipped to them. Waited 2 weeks and still no part.

      I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering. They say parts are available but they really not. Their website says "Ridiculously Fast Shipping" but the lie detector says THATS A LIE! Placed my order over a week and order still shows "In progress" so I reached out to customer service, which by the way, they don't have a number you can call, only live chat support, I was greeted by online representative, *********************************, he looked into my order and told me that there was a delay with the manufacturer and that they should be getting the part within 3-5 days, which meant I would have to still wait another week or two before I get my part, that's a wait of a month to receive a part, I asked if there was a discount for such a long delay and he said "No", then I asked if they had a customer service number I can call into, he said "they are not equipped with phones for customer support" so I asked, then how can I speak to a Manager and he said "Hello, how may I assist you?" hahaha WOW, they are a joke! that's when i realized that there's no way I can trust this company, which their horrible smart a$$ customer service reps, so I cancelled my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

      THIS PLACE COMPLETELY *****. Seems like they have not changed their process since 20/20. Nothing but s***** reviews from everybody saying the same thing as me.

      Ordered a replacement third brake light and when I went to the chat to check the status after 2 weeks, I was told they didn't have the part and I would receive a refund through PayPal, which they have yet to send. I am now going through PayPal dispute for a refund and if that doesn't work, I'll go through Amex. This company is a scam and I wish I had read the reviews first. Not sure how they are still in business.

      PLEASE READ ****** REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY THAT IS PART OF TASCAPARTS.COM, **********************, ****************. They take your money and run. Do not answer phones, do not answer emails, they lie and try to drag out the process in hopes that you will just go away and they keep your money. BBB has a 1/5 star rating for their sister company Tasca Parts Center and I'm guessing that's only because a lower star rating isn't available. How can businesses operate like this. I wish I found the never ending flood of warnings all over the internet to never deal with any of these businesses. The Tasca family should be ashamed of themselves. This company is a scam.

      I usually don't write review but i'm so frustrated and this **************** was the worst. Recieved an email that something was wrong with my order when i called they said the *** was incorrect and would have to place a new order for a different grille. i placed the order with no issues then received another email saying there was another issue. When i called i spoke with two women the first one telling me that my grill couldn't be sent to another address where my jeep is getting fixed because it's over $200 (this was not addressed in the first phone call even though the address was the same in that order as well) when i asked to speak with a manager that could help override the fact that my purchase was $201 i was given snarky remarks and threatened she didn't want to do business because i arguing about the situation. Her resolution was for me to get a paypal account or cancel the order. I assume from the other reviews the people working for this company doesn't care but don't waste your time or money working with them. Hopefully the owner of this company will see the poor reviews and higher new employees that actually care about customer service.
