I was pleased with the entire process, from assessment to completion of all the items needed to complete the job on my very old home. The vendors were respectful, efficient and responsible and even cleaned as they worked. I found the estimate to be fair and appreciate the opportunity to participate in this opportunity to make my home more energy efficient.

I recently had RISE engineering over to blow insulation into my attic. In the beginning they quoted me one price, and when it was time for insulation, they quoted me another price saying that I needed more done, and that I needed a fan put in that would be on continuously without any switch to turn it off. I didnt like the idea that I would have a fan going on continuously even if I go on vacation. The whole idea is to save money on my utilities not to pay more. I was so discouraged and told him forget it and then I would not give them a good review so they left . And apparently they have incompetent workers and they need to train better. I am discouraged with the entire situation.

PLEASE take advantage of RISE and their FREE assessment of your house's energy waste/improvement plan, etc. They offer lots of incentives, and even more based on your family's income. My representative was fantastic, and did a great job explaining everything in detail, without trying to "sell" me. A+ all the way.

Do not trust Rise to work on your home. I had work completed back in October of ********************************************************** my attic. I told Rise about this and they told me they would just spray it with bleach (which is not up to code) i then had to go out and hire multiple independent specialists to come in and give reports to prove to Rise the mold was caused by their wrong doing. They acknowledged the wrong doing in March yet it is not almost august and they have yet to fix it. They keep giving me the run around saying they have reached out to the remediation company but that is completely false. I have stated the potential health risks associated with having mold in my attic which is connected to my master bedroom. They stated mold is not a concern and you can live in a home with mold. We all pay a tax to have Rise complete work in our utility **** and come to find out they cut corners on work and put lives at stake. They cut into my roof to add ventilation and didnt even pull permits which is also not up to code. Cant even imagine these guys are allowed and licensed to operate while going and putting peoples lives at risk. Horrible service and terrible workmanship.

Absolutely infuriated.My wife and I had decided to have blown in insulation done through the ******************** incentive program and ever since, this project has been a dark cloud following me everywhere I go. Rise subcontracted out to a 3rd party who completely trashed our yard, blew out our bedroom wall, and nailed through the face of a large quantity of siding cedar shakes all around the perimeter of our house. We were stripping and prepping the siding to be reconditioned and the nails through the shakes completely negated all of our work. We had to ditch our efforts and have a contractor come in and reside our house. The yard was apparently on me to clean up. I don't know if that's standard practice but for the work we had done.... it felt pretty unproffessional. My basement was covered in scrap wood and sawdust. The yard had trash thrown all about. It was out of the gate a good indicator of the quality of care and service I received. I also noticed a smell of Marijuana on one of the workers which made me feel very uncomfortable. Anyone under the influence on a job site should be thrown out by the *******. Being a tradesmen myself, that horrified me and I feel it should be addressed.The biggest complaint I have is the fact that this subcontractor completely destroyed a wall in my bedroom. They refused to answer my phone calls after saying this would be an easy fix. Over a month later they finally had ANOTHER company come out and quote the damages. It was upwards of 2k dollars to repair the wall and paint the room to match.There are no words for the disgust I have for the levels of unprofessionalism. I have been trying to contact *** in the quality assurance department at RISE and we have discussed wiping the balance of my final invoice to make up for all of my troubles but now... months later. No calls. He won't return my calls. He won't answer the phone. I'm completely enraged and I don't know what to do at this point. They keep sending me an invoice for over 1K dollars and I believe at this point, they owe me something. DESERVE AN APOLOGY AT LEAST. I'm not taking this abuse any longer and I am filing a complaint here.

***** was great, providing quality service and recommendations of what to do in our home. Fortunately, it was well-insulated, and he made it known as such without having us do unnecessary upgrades.

initially at the assessment I was satisfied that the work would be completed as said on contract. changes had to be made because original auditor missed some areas that required work. that caused some delays for when the contractor was to get started they weren't prepared with right equipment. I do like the fact on rewarding homeowners rebates and I won't have to pay as much as a regular contractor.

yes we hire rise engineering back in march 2018 they had mass save program where they would installation crawl space wramp the pipes but there lot places misses they only cover some areas they finsh the end august the energy specialist ***************************** he said everything look good he said if have a promlems call us we will take care it we gave you a 2years warrtthy then jan 2019 the pipes frooze ** in one of condo units l called johnath two or three times he would return calls then first said could sent anybody down right now they said it would a coupe weeks so them again then final some one come down they look at it we dont cover frooze pipes we hire rise engineering johnath he said they would some times better to someone local i would use this company
