  We were having home heating problems in December 2022 & called ******************************* Services for a repair call on January 3, 2023. Talked to **** Fletcher ******* **** said he'd come by on January 4, 2023. He came and said we needed a new furnace. Also discussed the need for a chimney vent on roof to be replaced. He said he could do it January 10,2023 & would be completed that day. Came & completed work on January 10 2023 but said he had to order the chimney vent from Groton but would have it be end of week & would get it installed on roof by Friday January 13,2023. Two weeks goes by and he doesn't come or call. I text him on January 27, 2023 asking him when he's coming & not to forget us. No response from him. We wait till February 9, 2023 to text him again to let us know and not to forget us. He responds with a text that he'll get ahold of us soon. No response from him after that.....so we text him on March 3, 2023 Again asking him to please not forget about us & send him a photo of our vent to remind him what he has to do to complete the job. No response ......On March 20, 2023 I text **** Fletcher yet again indicating it's now been TEN weeks since he promised to finish to job we paid for. Told him in text we were "Losing faith" I called him on phone on Monday March 27, 2023 & asked him when he was going to install the vent and finish the job. He PROMISED he'd come by on Friday March 31, 2023 & said the only thing to prevent him from finishing the job that day, would be if it rained. We waited all day......IT DID NOT RAIN. Fletcher never came. It has now been Three months. No response from **** Fletcher. On April 8, 2023 I texted him reminding him that I paid him $6,000 on January 10, 2023 which he deposited to his account on January 11, 2023 **** STILL hasn't complete the job. Advised him that if he doesn't finish to work in the next three weeks that on May 1, 2023 we will be forced to get help enforcing our contract. NO RESPONSE from him.

  I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Fletcher Heating has made promises over the last 4 months. I have no faith in him responding now.  Very disappointing and very very unprofessional.
