      This service marketed itself as I could buy a one time purchase of 2.95 7 days later I got a charge of ***** for a subscription I had not agreed to. I attempted to cancel with that app rocket money. But one month later I was charged again *****. When calling the customer service number you are sent to an answering service that only forwards messages to the company. And does not have any power to actually cancel or refund charges.

      I have tried repeatedly to cancel my account, I chatted online with ************, called **** on the phone at ************ only to be given the runaround and placed on hold. They state that only a supervisor can refund my monies they took for two months at $23.95 a month and they say I will get a call in a few minutes. I have gotten no call and can see from the current BBB complaints that this is common practice with this fraudulent company.

      This company claimed I signed up for a resume and then a subscription service. This is false. Fraud has been commented. They have been charging my bank account/debit card since August of 2023. I have been charged $166.95 in total. $23.85 starting August of 2023, and every month after. The company refuses to refund my money. They refuse any contact info to be given on their physical address within *****************.

      The company Resume-Now has been charging me between $23-$24 a month. For a subscription I've been trying to cancel since October 5th of 2023.The company has charged me twice in one month before. This is a complete scam.

      Much like other complaints, did not download or sign up and received a charge. **************** was awful- online chat was ignored as soon as I requested a canellation, emailed customer service with no response, and waited on the phone an hour only to be told they were having "technical difficulties" and to call back. Still not resolved. STAY AWAY.

      I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding unauthorized charges on my credit card ending in ****, which were made by Resume-Now. I have been in contact with your customer support team, but my issue remains unresolved. I want to clarify that I am not a customer of **********************-**********************, and I have never signed up for any subscription or service with your company.On 2023 **** I noticed an unexpected charge of *****on my credit card statement, followed by subsequent charges for 36 months since 2021. These transactions have left me both bewildered and distressed, as I have no affiliation with Resume-Now nor have I initiated any subscription with their service.I have reached out to Resume-Now's customer support multiple times, providing all relevant details and requesting a refund for these unauthorized charges. However, I have received responses indicating that I allegedly have a subscription, which is simply not the case. I have not knowingly or willingly entered into any agreement with Resume-Now or authorized these transactions.I kindly request an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter. I expect that you will promptly refund the total amount of ****** to my credit card ending in **** and cease any further attempts to charge my account. Additionally, I request written confirmation that my personal and financial information has been removed from your systems, ensuring that no further unauthorized charges will occur.

      I have uploaded the transactions record, RESUME-NOW.COM in description are the unauthorized charge.

      I never been to *****************, and I don't need the service for the resume. This is unauthorized charge from them, RESUME-NOW.COM can only chat with them. or *****************************************************************

      This business is a scam. I did a trial and the service was so bad, I didn't even download anything and just canceled online. Fast forward 5 months and I saw a charge for $24 and called them to find out why. They said I didn't cancel even though I did online. I searched my emails and I only have 1 email which says they charged me $2.45. When I called every time I said something they didn't like the phone conveniently cut out. It took me 45 minutes and 6 calls to get the membership canceled. I never received an email saying the membership is canceled so they will probably try to charge me again next month...Stay away this website is a scam!

      I signed up for a free trial back in March. Come to find out, they billed me every month for 8 months ($200). I went ahead and canceled this service online in early Oct and they charged me $25 on Oct 31st. It was only actually canceled after I chatted in with the representative who was unable to refund me the full amount of $25. I wasn't even asking for a full refund of the $200 they took after their "free" trial. They are supposed to make it clear to consumers about revolving charges, which they don't do. And you can't cancel this online, although their website states that. Deceptive business practices.

      Last month I cancelled my subscription. They continue to charge $23.85, when I complained they offered to return half my money for a subscription that I had already cancelled.
