I contacted the contractor for a leaking roof for repair around October 13th 2022. They came out for the inspection, stated they would come that Saturday to do the job only if the invoice total was paid before then. They were quick with getting the invoice to me to pay and I did so using my ******** card in the amount of $3412. Saturday came, they didn't show up nor call. Sunday came around and I sent out a text message to ***** from the roofing company at ************ and asked for an update since they no called no showed and she stated that due to the weather they couldn't come out (low wind). ***** then proceeded to tell me that they'd come on Monday, Monday came around and when I called she stated Wednesday. Wednesday came around and again no call no show. I attempted to reach out with no luck so I continued to reach out and contact other contractors because I really needed the job done. The other places I contacted stated they'd only require a small deposit and the rest would be due at the end of the job. So I contacted my ******** card customer service to dispute the charge since no one was getting back to me. Some time goes by as I'm waiting for the dispute to clear so I may proceed with another contractor since most of them were booking months out I find out they submitted some documents to ******** yet my roof was never done. Not once have they explained any of their policies. Nowhere on the site is anything about policies and I never signed a contract. They told ******** that I needed to fire them in writing so I did via text and email. I've emailed them numerous times with no response and the only contact I have is with ***** via text. I called again March 9th and spoke with the owner I believe, he stated he'd call back on Friday to see about the refund as I requested a cashier's or certified check. I've made contact again and was told I'd receive an update and they have failed to communicate with me once again.Initial Complaint

11/2021- Had Leak No More out to look at a bad soffit area.. Owner stated he could fix that for $2500, but there was a leaking issue, and that problem would return if we didn't fix the leaking issue. I asked if he could fix the leak and he said yes. I paid him $5000, as that is what I had at the time. I told him I could pay him more later if needed. He stated he would fix the leak for the $5000. i never received an estimate or bill. LNM replaced a front portion of my roof. Did not fix soffit yet. 1/1/22 On the first rainy day after that replacement, water was gushing into our main bedroom, ruining the ceiling. I sent pictures and he stated it was probably our cupola, and he would come and seal that. He said he would "come tomorrow." Did not come. Said they would come Jan 4. Did not come. Was told owner was sick and was having surgery. 1/13 I texted to ask when they would complete the job, the snow and rain were doing real damage to our home. 1/19 They texted to ask if any leaks were continuing. I said yes. they said they would seal our cupola when it was warmer. 2/5 I texted roof was leaking really bad. 2/10 texted they would be out by end of Feb 13 to check leak. Text states owner "said there is no additional cost." Never showed. 2/23 I texted to see if they planned to come out. Told owner had fallen off a roof 3/2 I texted to see if they had any plans to come out. Asked for itemized bill/estimate. never sent 3/5 sealed cupola. Spoke to owner. He said again that "he was in this for the long haul" 3/9 they texted to see if it was still leaking. I said I did not see anything 5/7 leaked again really bad- all in the cupola area 5/24 claimed they stopped out and sealed the cupola again. No one was home, we had no notice 6/15 texted if they were coming to finish job. They said yes, but didn't 9/6 i texted to state still leaking 10/2 texted to ask if they were coming out. never came 10/17 said they would come out. They didn't 10/23 told owner will call, now ghosted.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with the owner of Leak No More on May 28,2021 to install a new roof on a bay window that had a small leak causing damage to my ceiling inside my kitchen. I had an issue with bees getting into a small opening on the siding above that window, The owner ***** and I agreed that we he would rip off the existing roof and install new plywood and shingles and also seal off the area about if with wood and metal flashing. He came back on June 5th and began his work and over the next week or so "finished" the job. About 2 months go by with no problem and then a heavy rain fell and I came home to water all over my kitchen floor. I contacted Larrys assistant and she said they would be by asap. Another 2 weeks went by without contact anther heavy rain fell and water was gushing into my kitchen from that roof. I sent them a video and they said they would return asap. They came by about a week later and installed a temp fix. It has been about 7 weeks and they have yet top return.Business response

All work on the contract was complete in June. The homeowner contacted us with a leak and we temporarily stopped the leak and said we would be back out to install some metal in its place as soon as possible with weather & schedule. We still plan to do so and should be within next **** days. Thank you!

[I dont feel like the contract was completed in June since my roof started gushing water into it less than 2 months after the roof work was "completed". Siding was ripped off of my house during the new roofs instillation and nothing was ever replaced to stop the water from entering my house behind the new roof. And the "temp repair" was done on the roof that was installed. I paid $2500 to stop a small leak and was left with a huge leak that could flood my house if left unfixed. I would be happy if you do return within the next **** days to finish the job, That is all Ive wanted from the beginning. I none leaking roiof.Customer response

No the issue was not resolved. The business owner responded to the complaint and said they planned on returning within **** days to fix the issue. I gave them 10 days and they never showed up so I had to pay a new company $1,500 to finally fix the roof. I will be seeking compensation in small claims court. Leak No More have proven to show no interest in making things right on there own.Business response

Apologize we havent been able to make it out. ***** was in a car accident 10/22/21 and work truck & trailer were totaled and he was injured.
