This company now goes by Integrity First Home Buyers. The owner ********************* has been harassing me for three years...THREE YEARS.. with numerous unsolicited mailers and phone calls (sometimes from spoofed numbers). This man has been engaging in predatory business practices to try to get me to sell him my home. I've made it clear to them that I'm not even remotely interested in their offers, but the harassment has continued. This is sick and reprehensible, and I'm considering my legal options to make it stop.Customer response

I cannot confirm whether or not this business has continued to call my phone numbers. Since I've made my complaint, I've continued to receive spam calls from unknown and fake numbers, but these calls were unanswered and no voicemail messages were left by the callers. I can confirm that I have not received any unsolicited mailers from this business since making my complaint.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The business failed to wholly attest that they explicitly agree to no longer contact me by telephone, to include both text and calls, and by mail. Simply stating that they have removed me from their system completely doesn't guarantee that my personal information won't be re-added to their "system" once again. Also, the repondent isn't being truthful in stating, "rest assured the calls are not coming from us." The attachment is a screen shot of a text message I received from CR Property Group d/b/a Integrity First Homebuyers on August 19, 2021. Instead of responding my pending BBB complaint in a timely manner, this business continued to harrass me with an unwanted solicitation.
Let me make this clear: I have never initiated any contact with this business (or any affiliates) and I have never given my express consent to be contacted by them in any manner. If harrassment and unwanted contact does not cease, I will seek a legal resolution.

0n 7/18/2019 I contacted BBB about **** Buys Your House concerning his total disregard for my request to be taken off any mailing lists. He did finally reply through BBB that he would honor my request and it would take a few weeks. Today (6/4/2021) I received another mailing from him but now it's ********* ***** **** ****** & **** Buys Your House. Once again, total disregard for my request to not receive any mailings from him as my wife and I are not interested in doing any business with this so called business entity. They can apologize a hundred times but if they continue to disregard a request to be removed from their mailing list they have no integrity.******* *************************************** *********************** Hanover, PA *********Customer response

What's to be clarified??? **** Buys Your House assured me we would not receive any further unsolicited mailings. Now he's partnered with ********* ***** **** ****** and we're getting unsolicited mailings. TAKE US OFF YOUR MAILING LIST AND EMAIL TO ME THAT YOU REMOVED US FROM YOUR LIST. Quit stalling. We sincerely apologize that you received another mailing from us. Recently we upgraded our system so it is possible a few of the removals did not process correctly. I have made sure that you are completely removed from our system. Please disregard any mailings that may show up in the next 30-90 days as it does take time to be removed.
