I am reaching out to express how Apple Nissan hasn't given any reasonable solutions for damaging my car due to their negligence. I brought my vehicle to the service department back in March 2022 to have the coolant that was leaking into my engine fixed. I had the problem diagnosed by another mechanic, I had to fill my car up with coolant at least 2x a week. So, to hold me over for a week or two till the dealership could fix my car, the mechanic used a stop-leak compatible with my car to slow down the leak. Which was perfect because the dealership fit me in almost exactly 2 weeks later. I only had to fill the coolant reservoir once. I was very clear when I contacted Apple to setup the appt, even offered the mechanics number so if they needed to ask specific questions they could. I assumed the person doing the intake notated my entire speech about the coolant leak, and head gasket issues the leak was causing. I was not aware that when I picked up my vehicle from the repair that the leak was never fixed or even addressed/looked at. The paperwork I was given at the end of the service was very misleading by saying "leak was fixed" & “gasket valves replaced” I assumed that my car was fixed based off that wording. The result of my car not being fixed has now caused a domino effect of damage under my hood. October 2022, I called to setup an appt for my coolant leak to be looked at because I was experiencing the same issues from 7 months prior. Upon bringing it, i found out that they NEVER fixed my car for the coolant leak and since it wasn't fixed the stop-leak has clogged my system and now my entire cooling system must be replaced. They gave me a $3,400+ estimate that they WILL NOT take any responsibility for. The GM confirmed they fixed an "oil leak" instead of the coolant leak I brought it for. The miscommunication on their end is unacceptable. I want them to fix my car because they caused this damage! I should not be financially responsible for their wrongdoing.

Apple Nissan is currently evaluating repair options to address the specific concern.  As future diagnosis are noted, Apple Nissan will submit findings to Warranty Company for coverage.   We will continue to update our response as we know more

Hello my name is **** *******. I had written to BBB about my vehicle's damage 2015 Nissa *****. I don't know how I missed your email, but I wanted to reach out and let you know that Apple Nissan took car of my vehicle. They along with the Warranty company completed the work that I requested at no cost to me. I was wondering how to get either the complaint withdrawn or modified to say I am satisfied with the outcome of my complaint.

Please let me know how I can be of any help!! Thank you for your time.

I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one of the windows that broke, I also mentioned to them at this time that I had a warning message pop up stating something to the effect of " tire pressure valve failed" and was told by Apple not to worry about it. In September 2022 I took this vehicle to my regular mechanic to get inspected and it failed due to (2)HOLES in my Frame rail (see pictures), as well as tires worn down to nothing and metal cords visible. Apple claims to have inspected my vehicle on three different occasions, twice prior to my purchase and AGAIN in May when they replaced my transmission. On all THREE inspections no mention was ever made of any rust or issues with my alignment or tires. Apple now claims that "due to the length of time that has passed" (I've only had this vehicle 10 months) and that they never notated any of these issues that they hold no responsibility for any of these issues and refuse to do anything about it. They gave me copies of 2 of their supposed inspections as well as a repair estimate (all of these are dated 9/22/22 with dates scribbled out) I've been unable to get a clear answer on when that particular document was supposed to have been printed as none of the suggested repairs show on any of their inspections.

Purchased a used 2010 ***** ***** w 109k milked in July 2021 for $14k and due to a lapse of judgement I put off buying the warranty. The check engine light came on after only 60 days. I had 2 different mechanics check the car, told it needed 3 new pistons, a 100k recommended service & that the brushings wouldn't even pass inspection. I contacted the GM Scott at Nissan by email, phone, and attempted in person only to be told he wasn't available and nothing they would do. I had to spend $6k to repair a car they inspected & sold me off and they wont even acknowledge me. I wanted a break at least on the labor which cost $3000 alone. I bought the car at a dealership bc they are supposed to set the standard for customer service. I use the car to transport my young children to daycare. This business claims to be a community leader, after being ignored and financially ruined at this point I just want it to be known how they treat their customers. I've uploaded the service cost at apple *****

********************** purchased a 2010 ***** ***** from Apple Nissan. At delivery ********************** was offered the opportunity to purchase a vehicle service contract that would have covered the vehicle for mechanical repairs outside of the thirty day or ***** mile warranty apple by Apple Nissan of York. ********************** declined the opportunity to purchase this coverage. ************************** vehicle broke down well outside of the thirty day ***** mile coverage, so the repairs would not be covered by Apple Nissan, but we did reach out several times in an effort to apply goodwill solutions for the repairs, but ********************** never responded.

I purchased a car from this dealership on July 24, 2021. I have yet to receive my plates or registration. I have contacted DMV numerous times and was informed they have not received any applications for registration. The DMV ask me to provide a application number or tracking number but Apple Nissan is unwilling to provide me this information. Apple Nissan has stopped returning my calls, text messages, and emails. My transit temporary registration expires Sep22, 2021. When I reached out to the dealership last month they told me not to worry and that they are still offering extensions to temp registrations, however the last thing I was told was they don't extend this type of registration and there's nothing they can do about it. NY DMV informed me that they were caught up on paperwork and my application should at least be pending by now but as of today they still haven't receive my paperwork from Apple Nissan. I lose the ability to drive on Sep22 and this will affect my ability to work.

      Good afternoon,

We communicated with *** ******* this week to detail the reasons for the delay in the processing his registration for his vehicle in New York. Our compliance director for the group has been working directly with the company that handles our out of state registration processing, and also with the department of motor vehicles in New York, and both offices have stated that *** ******* registration will be processed and the necessary documentation will be to him in the next five to seven days.
