I Reached out to Kitay lawyers .. There responded right away .. my Daughter was charged with some serious charges. Even a Felony.. knowing in P.A it’s very hard to have that on your record ,Well are attorney Grant S. M****** .. was Absolutely amazing at what he does..I can’t explain the relief and the happiness he was able to tell us ,That all the charges were dropped… and we were just left with a fine to pay .. I felt the happiness in my daughter eyes that this was all over with in one shot with the help of Grant S. M****** .. and also Kenneth .. You guys are wonderful people Thank you again .. I would highly Recommend you guys to anyone for sure . God bless !!!

I specifically contacted Kitty Law Offices because I had met Ken through prior employment that he did business with and I wanted to go with someone I could trust. If you would like to play phone tag with their staff this is a great place to call, if you have time sensitive information I would highly recommend somewhere else. I had let the receptionist know after calling back for the third time, to tell their employee (an intake specialist) to call me back and leave a message with a specific time I can call him that he will be available because I don’t feel like playing phone tag. Either the message wasn’t relayed or the individual just does not care about potential clients and is on his own time schedule only. They don’t seem very organized in my opinion, and each time he called me back there were no messages left, just missed calls. When I did call back the receptionist had a sour attitude that I called again so soon. I got a call today (next day) with a voicemail finally left from the intake specialist with a rude beginning after introducing himself again. He said he was calling me “once again”. The law firm should have more direct numbers, extensions or email addresses provided for their employees. I am not impressed with the customer service.
