      EMCO Tech recently installed a Carrier Infinity heat pump in my home in **********, **, and Im absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From start to finish, these folks were an absolute pleasure to work with!It all started when I called EMCO Tech for a consultation because my old HVAC system was on its last legs. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and set me up with an appointment that worked perfectly with my schedule. When their technician, ****, showed up the same day, took the time to walk me through my options, explaining why the Carrier Infinity heat pump would be a great fit for my house. I loved how he didnt just throw jargon at mehe broke it down in a way that made sense, talking about the Greenspeed Intelligence feature and how it would keep my home comfy while saving me money on energy bills. No hard sell, just honest advice.The installation day was a breeze! I was impressed by how organized they were. They covered my floors to keep things clean, and they worked so efficiently I barely noticed them moving around. My new HVAC system was up and running the same day, and they even showed me how to use the smart thermostat that came with it. Im no tech wizard, but they made it so easy to understand how to control the temperature zones in my house.       I couldn’t be happier with the new Carrier Infinity heat pump system with air ducts installed by EMCO Tech Heating & Cooling in my new home in Warrington, PA. From the start, the entire process was handled with true professionalism and care. George and Serge took the time to assess the house and designed a system that would provide the best efficiency and comfort for my family.

      We chose the Carrier Infinity Series because of its reputation for energy efficiency and advanced features—and it did not disappoint! The variable-speed heat pump runs whisper-quiet, maintains a consistent temperature throughout the home, and the air quality is fantastic thanks to the new ductwork that EMCO Tech custom-designed and installed.

      What really impressed me was the attention to detail: perfectly sealed ducts, clean work, and every vent placed for optimal airflow. The crew worked diligently, completed the project on time, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.       I cant say enough good things about EMCO Tech and the incredible work ***** and **** did for us. Our old system failed on a hot Saturday, and I really didnt expect a full HVAC replacement the same daylet alone cold air by that evening! But they made it happen.***** and **** showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. They worked nonstop until almost 8 PM installing our new Carrier Performance system. Even though it was a long day, they never rushed or cut corners. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, tested, and cleaned up before they ******** our house is cool and comfortable again, and were so relieved. Its rare to see this level of dedication and professionalism these days. I highly recommend EMCO Tech to anyone looking for honest, hardworking technicians who really care about their customers.
