On 2/03/22 C.D.Kaller installed a new roof, since then I hear as if water is coming in somewhere on top of the roof. Also, on the invoice is entails that they installed a ridge vent on top of the roof, which they did not. I have called C.D. Kaller to send out a service man to look at the roof, I have called and left several messages with the front desk secretary and owners , they keep saying they will send someone out to check but don' ***** been more than a month I have been calling to no avail, it's as if they are ignoring my calls and concerns. I called the owners ****** and **** Kaller and they do not respond.Initial Complaint

Around 09JUN2021, I started to contact various vendors to perform a siding and roof repair to a property my wife, ****************************, owns (i.e. *************************Philadelphia, PA). I have attached a photo of the house (i.e. showing the needed repairs taken at the time of soliciting of vendors). The photo was a baseline to see if the contractors being contacted even wanted to bid on the job. I contacted C D Kaller Inc. during this time and was told they would like a site visit to be able to provide a detailed proposal. The site visit was conducted within a week (i.e. between 10JUN2021 and 18JUN2021) and an initial proposal received 22JUN2021. Discussion and clarification took place between 22JUN2021 and 01JUL2021 with a final proposal submitted on 01JUL2021. I made the 33% deposit to the **** credit card on 07JUL2021. NOTE: This is taking place during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Over the next four (4) months (i.e. July 2021 through October 2021) I placed calls to C D Kaller Inc. (i.e. both the company and the individual who provided the proposal) to get a date to start work. The last time I heard from the individual who provided the proposal was a text received on 19OCT2021 that indicated the following: I just put a message into office about schedule. As soon as I know I will get back in touch with you or they will reach out to you No further communication was ever established over the next four (4) months (i.e. November 2021 through February 2022). I made numerous phone calls to C D Kaller Inc. and left voice messages on the system for nearly everyone. This is when I started to contact **** about fraud (i.e. it has been nine (9) months and no response received since 19OCT2021).I eventually contracted the work with another vendor and had the repairs performed in March 2022 / April 2022. I have a text chain and pictures to prove that the work was never performed prior to this time and that this vendor completed the repairs.Business response

Customer has been refunded deposit. Issue has been resolved.
