I ordered a bumper for a truck off their website. It was supposed to fit my year of truck base on the description as listed on the website. When it showed up it was not a factory replacement and required modifications to use the fog lights. I took many pictures and emailed them many times to solve the issue. I wanted to return the bumper for a refund since is was not a direct replacement. They are not willing to return bumper or refund my money. They are telling me I have to deal with the manufacturer myself. They want me to contact the mfg for instructions on how to modify the bumper to make it work. I told them I don't want to have to modify anything. The website never said that it was not a direct replacement or modifications may be needed. They made the sale, its up to them to support the sale and give me customer service, not hang me out to dry. It's not my fault they sold a faulty product. Now I'm out $1,247.52Business response

The bumper was returned to our manufacturer for credit. We gave the customer a full refund for the bumper. We had to wait for the bumper to picked up by the trucking company and delivered cross country back to the manufacturer. Below is the correspondence with the customer and proof of the credit given to the customer.
No problem. We are still waiting for the credit from the Manufacturer, but that is not your problem.
