    This company employs con artist tactics. I get an email in my school account that says:"It's time to make your choice. To ensure you receive your funds from ***** in a timely fashion, please make your selection today!"Um, no. I'll get my refund without you trying to step into the financial arrangements that I already have made with my educational institution. I already got my funds, days ago. You're late so how is that timely? Did you mean delayed? My University deposits directly into the account that I told them to use. BankMobile is not needed.I don't appreciate the sneaky attempt that makes it seem like I need to choose BankMobile to receive my refund. I don't appreciate SPAM. This is pure garbage.What makes BankMobile think that I would trust them with my financial transactions when they display such dishonest, unethical and deceptive behavior. I, in fact, will avoid BankMobile, like a plague.

    Unprofessional employees laughing and not taking customers problems seriously. They lock accounts without explanation and have to relook into complaint because they rather use tactics to get you to transfer to someone else or leave you in loops. This bank needs an audit and investigation apparently.

    They allowed someone to scam me out of $4,300 and refused to give me my money back. *** submitted police reports, documentation, and written revocation and they refused to charge back. This is ridiculous how can you allow someone to take from your customers. Ive used them for 6+ years and never had an issue, but now I have nothing good to say about them! This is a TERRIBLE BANK! College students do not send your refund here. THIS bank will allow anyone to take your money. I really hate that I allowed my money to go to this bank, now Im out of $4,300! BEWARE!!!!

    This review is for BMTX formerly Bank Mobile. I have called more than ten times due to my account being restricted continuously. The representatives had no compassion for my concern and routinely continued to offer the identical non-working resolution to my problem. The representatives are not interested in listening, constantly talking over you. I may have to drop out of school due to not being able to purchase books and materials with my anticipated financial aid refund. My issue is yet to be resolved and I feel so helpless.
