I had a problem with Wilson last year service the guy came to my house to tune up my oil furnace. He didn’t tighten something properly and it leaked all the oil. They falsely blamed me and charged me fill up of oil. I didn’t know it was leaking because the guy came to tune up the furnace not long before I lost all the oil. I trusted them because before this they were great. Reason am saying something now is because I see I’m paying much more because of it. I can’t get them to come service my this year to tune up my furnace because they won’t come after I’m done work and I can’t leave work early or even take off.Wilson of Wallingford Inc. Response

Hello Mr. J******, Thank for taking a minute to share your thoughts regarding your recent your service experience. I looked over your account and see that there was an oil leak at the fitting on the oil line and that was corrected. I also saw that you were charged a diagnostic fees in error and those fees were credited to your account. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that caused you. I just realized with my last service that you have increased my service a total of $600 for the year 2022 for my ac/heater/oil... this seems unrealistic.... have been a customer for 20 yrs, can someone explain why the huge change in one year ??? ty Janet S******Review from LBA

I have been with Wilson Oil for two (2) years, the entire team from the Office Staff to the employees in the fields are 100% professional and eager to serve their customers. Mike arrived on time and was extremely personable and professional. Not only did he do a fantastic job he also took the time to explain the work he did and any next steps needed. Once completed he left the area as clean (arguable cleaner) than it was before. If the company has just two more Mike's I don't suspect they will have any issue keeping their customer base.Wilson of Wallingford Inc. Response

very professional and on time. He was out of a replacement filter. technician hasn't had the correct size filter for the last 4 years. I see competitors adds for $ 39. annual cleaning and I am not sure why I pay $ 385. and the price keeps going up.Wilson of Wallingford Inc. Response

Hello Gary, Thank you for taking a minute to post this review, it is much appreciated. I looked in to the issue with our service manager. Unfortunately, there are so many sizes of filters, we can't carry them all on the trucks. That said, what we can do is order you a case of filters and have them at your house to change at the annual visit. I asked our service manager to contact you regarding this solution. I was also told that the service tech pulled the filter, found it to be clean and he reported he showed you the filter and that you were ok with it not being changed because it was clean. I agree, that is not what you are paying for, but wanted to at least bring that up in my reply. If I am missing anything about the service visit that you want to discuss further, please contact me offline and I will make sure we resolve your issues to your satisfaction.
