We had a **** ******** towed from **** **** at the beginning of October. The problem was a cracked radiator warped the Head (**** fixed the radiator but the warranty had us send it to Auto Mart for the head) First they said they fixed the ignition switch.. not the problem so unsure why. Then we have been getting the run around about waiting for parts or the technician was in school and couldn't work on it. We were told December 22nd the last part would be in then calling again a few days later we were told it would be done in a couple days so a couple days later after calling we were told again that they just got the last part in. So unsure how they can get the last part in twice do I asked to speak to a manager who told me they are working on it top priority. It has been THREE months since they have had this car and we can't get any real quote and date they will be done. NOTHING. It's the same run around with every call. More parts more parts more work more to charge us for when all we need was the head fixed Confirmed by **** this being the problem. Three months with no car and no answers has gone past the point of ridiculous. They also said they did a Flush that is going to cost 300. What for we have a brand new radiator so why add on extra stuff to charge us more.
