This business is merging with another company and their poor rating will be erased. I had my eye examination the middle of February 2023. I was told my glasses would be ready in three weeks. After four weeks I decide to call them to get the status. Although the office closed due to weather, only a note was left on the door. I called and left messages complaining about their business practices. I will admit I was over the top in my conversations I left on their answering machine. I made my throat sore from all the yelling and screaming I did. That was yesterday, 3/14/2023. Today I get a call from the local PD advising my glasses are ready and could be picked up. I drive back to their store and they handed me my glasses, my prescription and my itemized bill (I thought I was overcharged, but that was not the case). They didn’t have me try on the glasses. They just handed me everything and I left. The glasses do not correct my vision. My left eye is completely blurry. I go back into the store and explain that the glasses are blurry. The woman checks the Rx says they match. She says I must wait until after 4/17/2023 to be seen by the doctor as he is on vacation until then. I ask to schedule an appointment and I’m told they don’t have a schedule and I must call them in April. I go back to my car and call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I then re-enter the store and return the glasses and the script and I advise I am disputing the charge with my cc company. As I’m leaving the store, she calls the police. I overhear her tell the police that i am in the store and am giving her “attitude” and she needs them to come and sort things out. After the police arrived, she explained they have a no refund policy. I said the glasses were useless to me. She then told me to take them and throw them in the dumpster for all she cared. She didn’t care what I did with them as long as I took them out of the store. Stay far away from this place. Save yourself a headache.
