On 06/27/22 I leased a 2022 ****** ********** from Abeloff ****** in Bartonsville,PA . On 07/08/22 I called to ask if someone may have damaged my drivers side bumper as it was pushing out a bit. I was told that there were no accidents shown on vehicle. I was told that it may be a clip that is missing after I sent them pictures of what the bumper looked like. I then took my car to ****** in Orlando Florida as I was on vacation there at the time I noticed the bumper. They told me that it had to be from damage as they tried to put the clips in the bumper and it still would not stay. I then contacted Abeloff ****** about what was told to me. They said that because I didn’t purchase the car from the ****** in Orlando that they didn’t want to fix it for free basically. That if I was near by they would fix it for me. That’s the first issue with the car . Next issue I have is when I leased the car I was told there was no APR on the car as it is a lease. I have been wondering why my lease payment is so high and can’t seem to figure it out. I contacted ****** Finance 03/16/23 to inquire about the APR on the lease. I was told that there is an APR on the lease and that it looked as if it was 49 but was also told that did not sound accurate. As Abeloff ****** did not send in the APR information for the lease. I contacted Abeloff ****** to ask what the APR was and was told that there is none once again . So I told whoever the manager was that there is and in fact I already contacted ****** finance before contacting you about the APR. I was told that there is a money factor that translates to an APR an that was 0049 . So I said what is that converted to as an APR I was told 9.9 % . I in tern said I was an active duty soldier and the most APR should be is 6 % . I was then told it was not an APR once again because I am not financing the car. I am leasing it. My question is on my credit report it shows the total amount I am financing for the whole vehicle not just the lease amount.

I purchased a Nissan ***** yesterday and the same day returned with it because it is too small. I traded in a 2021 *********** and wanted to downsize. I went back that same day with the Nissan ***** and they told me that they would get back to me in the morning. I went back myself, and told that the sales manager from yesterday is off. I told them okay, I would like to get into a *****, I am not looking to get my money back, actually I am going to spend more money. So with that, ****, told me okay, well now the Nissan has depreciated and so I will owe the depreciation value. Seriously, the Nissan remained on your lot the entire night and morning, in a matter of fact, it is still there on their lot. From the same day, I had returned the car back to their lot and had my husband pick me up. I returned the car before even 530pm and it has remained there and they can't get me into a ***** because the **** has depreciated???!!!

Bought a used 2018 Nissan ***** from this dealership, only to find out after buying it the shortblock was replaced by the same dealership, and wasn't disclosed to me! This is a common practice according to management which i find unacceptable! Only reason why i found out about the engine being replaced was after driving the truck for a couple of days an engine oil smell or fluid of some kind became apparent. Made the appointment to get the truck checked out and that's when **** the service manager told me about the short block being replaced much to my surprise! If given the "option" before i bought the truck, was told by the numerous sales staff i dealt with that the engine was replaced, i wouldnt have made the purchase! This is a (Buyer Beware) of practices made by this dealership on my personal experience!

Car was towed to Abeloff on 12/05/2022. I was quoted $1300. for parts & labor for the front catalytic convertor. They then charged me $600. for mass air-flow sensor. Now they are charging $1300. for lower catalytic convertor. They did not properly diagnosed the car for the issues that I as experiencing with the car. I was informed that the car still had no power, after they replaced the front catalytic convertor. I showed up at the Dealer to test the car & noticed the car had no power than when I brought it in & not drivable around their lot. Now the car is making loud noises, which were not present when the car taken in. My car was drivable on flat land pushing up to 60-80 mph, but not able to drive up inclines. Not to cause any more damage, the car was towed. Dealer claims that his calls were not being answered, all week by me, yet he was able to text messages which I received.

In August or September in 2021 my car was dropped off my car to get repaired. I bought the car from Abeloff and have taken my car there for about 2 years. I was moving to SC and wanted to make sure my car was ready for my long move and did not need any repairs for some time. I reached out to speak to a manger and no one was available. No one has ever reached out. Two weeks later after no return calls. I take my car to another Nissan dealership that says the work was never done. So it costs another $5000 in repairs. So I requested a refund and they said no and the repairs were done. NISSAN ABELOFF is charging people for work and not completing it.

July 23 got an email with a car I wanted to purchase. Got approved so I went in to look at it. At 701 pm I talked to someone again and made arrangements to look at the vehicle. (I have emailand call log) at 1016 am I texted with a representative letting her know I was 10 minutes away. When I get there I was told the vehicle sold yesterday. I went to their other lot to look at a comparable vehicle. It was 4k more than the one I agreed to look at. I told them this was a bait and switch. The Salesman got a manager from that location who then told them it sold that morning at 0915. I'm calling BS. This is something that would not surprise your from some small dealership, but Abeloff if is massive new car dealer. Very disappointed this happened. The excuse that the systems do not update in real time is even worse as you would expect a company like this to have their stuff together. If they are willing to provide proof they sold the car this morning then they have my apology.
