It all started august 2021 when Dan R****** redid my bathroom. I left for a week vacation while the bathroom was remodeled. When I came home the shower leaked and after several attempts to fix it were tried robatin told me to find someone else because he couldn't fix it! I got a new contractor and he found several issues. I seemed a lawyer and got a full refund. Now a year later my tiles are coming off and this week a new contractor tire the shower out to find water damage to walls and floors!!! So my expenses now doubled thanks to unqualified work by me. Robatin!!!! I feel at this point he should have to pay for all the additional work!!!Business response

Dear Representative,
In my response to the complaint, I feel like I have already made a reasonable good faith effort to resolve this issue a year ago when the original complaint was made. After several negotiations through their lawyer, we all came to a conclusion that a full refund would satisfy the complaint. The customer was going to do the whole bathroom over at that time. If they did, the leaks and damage would be caused by the new contractors work. If they did not get the work done right away, and waited a whole year to fix their allegedly leaky shower, I feel like that would be negligence on their part and that I should not be held responsible for them knowingly using a leaky shower which probably caused the additional damage.
Please consider strongly that I Have made a full refund of my labor and materials a year ago, and that they have not made a reasonable attempt to fix their problem in a timely manner which caused the additional damage.
