We recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership. They gave us a trade in value for a 2017 **** ***** ******** of $21,000. We told them we'd like to get another dealer to make an offer and they came back and raised it to $21,500. They cited that because the new vehicle would not be in for 2 months and the car would have more miles, that was the best they could do. When my business partner took delivery of the car, they did not bring to her attention or review the fact they adjusted the trade down to $19,000. I contacted them the very next day on August 11th, 2022 and still have not heard a response. I have reached out 3 additional times and they will not respond. The sale's man responded initially that the trade commitment is only good for 14 days (although I didn't see that written anywhere on it) but when I reminded him of the conversation he said the manager would be in touch and responded via email "I can't guarantee anything but I figure they'll work something out with you." That was on August 16th. Last thing, I did get the manager's email address and he has been cc'd on the correspondence and still have not replied at all.Business response
