Arcadia handling Recovery/Collection Business in non professional way. Disonest billing from suspicious company was accepted by Arcadia and pushed to make myself payment for.Review from Renee C

This company sent me a statement saying that I owed nearly $200. The statement said that I could create an account using "the 8 digit account number" however they only sent me a 9 digit account number, and even inputting the first 8 digits does not work. I sent them three emails over the past month requesting an accurate account number or another way to access my account, but all emails have been ignored. At this point, I question the legitimacy of this company, as they are seemingly unable to provide me with an accurate account number or even respond to my multiple attempts to work with them.Review from RODNEY W

letter came i call bout bill no idea of what for lady ask my phone ADDRESS #d.o.b. then still had no knowledge of my reference number BILLED FOR $80.00 FRAUD SUSPECTED I HAVE NOT BEEN IN PA IN YRS THEY TRANSFERED ME THEN HUNG UP NO # INFORMED ON LETEERS ARE BEING ANSWERED THIS IS A SCAM TO GET PERSONAL INFO
