On April 10, 2021, I purchased a table, 6 chairs and 4 counter height stools from Lastick furniture. The stools I wanted were not in the store so Marsha said she could order them for me. She showed me a picture of a stool on an Ashley furniture website and I agreed to purchase them. She told me I would have all furniture within 2-3 weeks. On May 14, the furniture was delivered. I received a table that was damaged, 4 chairs not 6 and 4 counter height stools that were not the stools I was shown by Marsha. I raised my concerns with the delivery men and they contacted Lastick. The woman on the phone insisted that the damage to the table was actually part of the finish. After several minutes of arguing with her, and sending her pictures of the damage, the delivery man finally got her to agree to send a repairman out to look at the table. When asked what to do about the chairs, she stated to return them to the store. I made the mistake of paying in full prior to delivery instead of COD. I immediately contacted Lastick and requested a refund on the stools. I was told that Marsha would contact me the next day. Almost 5 days later, Marsha called and said she did not make a mistake and would only offer a store credit not a refund. I told her that was unacceptable as she could not get me the stools I wanted but I could get them elsewhere. She hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another woman who transferred me to Marsha who again insisted she did not make a mistake on the stools and insisted on sending me a picture of the stools ordered from the internet. The conversation became very heated and Marsha hung up on me again. Do not do buy your furniture here. Marsha totally pulled a bait and switch on me and is now refusing to return my $$. I paid her over $2700 for a table, 6 chairs and 4 counter stools and now only have a table and 4 chairs.
