  I called to state that washer needs sanitized at 4175 Ivanhoe drive, 4th floor Never cleaned. There is mold growing on laundry dispenser. Filthy dirty in rubber surrounding the front of the machine before the door is closed.

  This is in reference to ********* The last call for a soap dish on the 4th floor was 12/11/20 from another individual. However, our tech, Adam was on site on 9/24/21 and unclogged soap drawers because pods were stuck in them while he did other service. Pods are to be placed in the laundry tub, not the soap dishes. Also, although we do clean the soap dishes when we are onsite for other service, it is the responsibility of the tenants using the equipment. The service has been completed. You letter referenced that you attempted to email but received no response. That email may have gone to Rick F***** in the future, would you mind including me in the emails please at ********************

  The complaint was for the mold on the soap dispenser.  Also, the inner rubber that seals the door has gross dirt. The washing machines are filthy. Who is to clean the machines? Front loader machines are to be sanitized regularly. Residents are not responsible for doing this cleaning. They put in the machines in the apartment buildings. They are just 'passing the buck". Why have these machines if not sanitized regularly? It is up to this company to make sure the machines are kept clean.
