Received an $85 Giftya electronic card after my wife's brain surgery. I linked it to a credit card but did not apply it until after our first purchase. After a second order we are still waiting for Giftya to credit our credit card. What a horrible company. Dont even try and talk to a real person it's all bots and the live chat is all animated with preset prompts. I am telling my in laws to cancel their purchase with Giftya and get a refund. It is ridiculous that an online company like this is not vetted first for authenticity. If I could give a zero star rating I would. The site is horrible and is not user friendly, it requires several steps to add the credit to a card. Nothing is clear and the videos are not helpful. This is not the type of card that a person recovering from surgery needs aggravation over. SHAME!GiftYa Response

Total scam. Bought an Uber Eats gift card. They have you link the Giftya gift card to a credit card and say they will credit your credit card when you use Uber Eats. It never happens.GiftYa Response

This is a clickbait site! I thought I was ordering directly from Door Dash. All the way through checkout it said "Door Dash". But when my gift was sent to my daughter, it then showed as GiftYa. And what a pain if you want to try to use the gift I sent them. You must put it on a credit card, or ask for a gift card to be mailed to you.I ended up disputing the charge, and now my credit card is shut down, and I'm waiting on a new one.Do yourself a BIG favor and don't purchase from GiftYa!GiftYa Response

On February the 2nd my uncle sent me a $200 gift ya for desperately needed groceries. I linked the funs to a credit card which they recommended. They are supposed to pay if you're using the correct vendor. It doesn't work. I tried it with my debit card with the same outcome. They then recommended zelle. NO GOOD! They then recommend sending a **** card through ***** I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the **** card to arrive. I have contacted customer service on several occasions. They keep telling me that I have not waited long enough. I have no food in my fridge at all at this point. Please, Buyer beware of this service. They offer to refund the money back to my uncle. Received gift card at Christmas for Texas Road House, was difficult to activate so asked for a regular Visa gift card. Giftya says card was mailed on 1/22/24 but I have still not received card. On 2/10/24 asked that card be resent, was told to wait one more day and make sure card did not arrive. Still have not received card as of 2/14/24. After reading all the reviews about Giftya I would be very hesitant to order any gift cards from them. Too bad you have to select a star, I would give them zero stars from what I have seen so far.GiftYa Response
