If you look for ARS reviews elsewhere on the Web you will see that they are overwhelmingly excellent. Please dont let the currently (1 star) sour grape taint your decision. ARS is awesome and hundreds of reviews outside of BBB attest to it. We had a very complicated and very expensive journey getting our epic tar covered car that was salvaged by the insurance company back to road worthy. ARS (*** and ***** especially) were unbelievably professional and helpful with specific advice to help us save time and money navigating the process to get our beloved car back on the road. Nothing but good things to say about ARS! Don't just take my word...check out ****** and Yelp and other reviews for ARS...they are excellent!

I was sent to ars automotive by State Farm for a deer accident. My experience has been absolutely awful. They broke multiple pieces and reinstalled as if nothing happened, the paint work they did had bad coverage(could see primer through on edges of multiple parts), the paint they put on the vehicle doesnt match the vehicles original paint. They left bolts out, my vehicle developed an issue with the radio and a front end vibration after they worked on it, and the list goes on. Ars did take the vehicle in and make additional repairs after they had it the first time but did not fix the majority of issues they agreed to fix. When I pointed out to ******(the service manager) that they did not fix everything they agreed to he told me that they werent fixing it. Im severely disappointed. State Farm paid out over **** dollars to ars automotive, and ars had my vehicle for a total of roughly 4 weeks and things are still not even remotely close to right.

It is unfortunate that your experience with us was not like the other ****% of our customers. Our reviews on multiple platforms are stellar.Your Insurance carrier did not send you to us. They however, may have recommended us based on our superior performance in their quality tracking system. You are free to have repairs performed at a shop of your choosing.Each and every issue you presented was addressed and determined if it was actually related to your claim and/or the repair was acceptable to industry standards and verified by your insurance carrier.The color match in question was as-good or better than the actual factory finish on the opposite, undamaged side of your 12 year old vehicle. The sun and weather have taken a toll on your vehicle's finish as most vehicles of this age. Your insurance carrier also agreed with us in this regard. Additionally, we even cleaned the rust stains off of your hatch and buffed your cloudy headlights at no charge per your wife's request. Your wife was a pleasure to deal with on multiple occasions, but you sir, have been nothing but rude and confrontational to our staff and we will no longer accept any requests for our services by you.
