Item was sent it for factory warranty repair. Received returned back 3 weeks later defective problem. This time item was totally dead. Contacted Bachmann and told the Customer Service person problem I was having when I received this item and who repaired this item that all I received was an exchanged chassis which they put my engine shell on this chassis and test ran and returned item back to me. When I received repaired item, the item was totally dead. Contacted Bachmann two weeks ago and was told James the service Tech was busy and would get back to me on this problem. This has been near two weeks and still have not heard back from Bachmann on this warranty repair item problem. All I want them to do is to send me a new factory item in exchanged for this broken item that they have never fixed in the first place, The customer service rep agrees with me that they should have sent me a new factory replacement unit, See what you can do about getting them to send me a new factory replacement unit and a call tag for them to pay for postage to send this broken engine back to then since it was not repaired correctly.Business response

I have tried to call our customer ****** to make this right by my service department but have not been able to reach him by phone if he can email me at [email protected] so I can talk to him to solve the complaint or to give me a phone # i can reach him at.

****** ******I have talked to Laura from Bachmann Trains and finally got this problem settled so far. As soon as their new stock gets shipped to them from the factory in China. they will send me a replace item for the item that id defective along with a call tag to ship this defective item back to them. They figure the replacement should be in my hands within 45 days or less. All depends how the shipping from China to the United States takes and then to their company warehouse in Philadelphia. PA. I will be looking forward to this new item from them.
