I bought a audi a4 2017 for 18 000 i made good review in that time i think my feelings win me now i dont have title for 3 months i cant anything with it i tried to call and text they ignored it they always tell me next day and then nothing lies they dont want to give me extended temporal very disappointed i saw bad reviews before i bought it i said to myself lets give them a chance but i was wrong And also car have problems with steering wheel malfunctioning shaking a lot needed to be replace the steering rack is like 4000 for repairs supposedly according to the law first 3 months they are responsible for any problem but he make sign up a warranty of insurance who doesn't cover anything Good scheme i must say. Upgrade 30 November 2023 I met the manager aylan he yelling to me he don't want to fix steering wheel problem he used threats and intimidation tricks he lack of boundaries are really disappointing his anger problems dont let him see solutions for both sides this company staff is terrible save yourself from this the stress and bad cars This company have lawsuit from PA General attorney for scamming with cars that don't work and dont give the title The Attorney want to suspend his license and take them out from business if you have any problem with this dealer please make a complaint in ***************************************** ********** Owner Aylan doesn’t have the ability and inner peace, social skills and manners to solve problems like a primitive he is too aggressive and yelled at you and trying to intimidate very disappointed can’t give you a solution really a wasted of money and my time worst moments of 3 months dealing with this dealer and his team too much stress talking with them don’t recommend save yourself and money

car is ne of the worst use car dealer around they give good dealers a bad name, like other reviews they are liars wontbfix your vehicle give you the run around. bought a ford truck made it home after it start shaking on the high way half way home park it in my driveway in the morning nothing but oil in my driveway transmission buckling took it back after 2 weeks pick it back the horn donuts work they change the old rusted bumper with a huge hole they left the box in the back of the pick for me to take home wow, next morning on the way to the store it start shaking smoking thank god just made it over the bridge on the high way I pulled to the side an then it just stop had it towed back to phill now they don't wantbto refund me my money by the way did I mention I dint even get to drive this vehicle for my own personal use, don't even entertain this dealer run run run.
