    I've been trying to get a copy of my transcript from this company for 6 months. I've paid for it twice and when I log in it the website says I have 2 available to "share". When I click on the share tab and fill out the subsequent recipient info (which I'm certain is correct as I've tried the admissions **** emails, my own email and a family memebers) an error message pops up saying 'something went wrong' without any directions to fix the situation. The company has no phone number and when I email the helpdepartment I get automated bot responses telling me to do everything I already did.I'm trying to go back to college and it's so frustrating that my ability to enter school rests in the hands of this shifty do nothing company that is probably a 99 percent automated process to take money from people without any recourse available for people when the automated process breaks down
