I purchased a ******* ****** 2017 from Eden Autos on October 28th, 2021. Into three months of having the car I start having starter issues and I also got a hefty ticket for an expired inspection and no registration. I take it to the dealership January 28th, 2022 and they send me to their mechanic to get the inspection but the mechanic also found something wrong with the brakes so they also had to fix those. I was driving illegally for three months and there was no apology or a refund for my ticket. The car also wasn't starting in an efficient time so I took it to 2 mechanics for a total of 4 times for the same issue. The issue was the car taking to long to start and the car not starting at all. The mechanic ran tests and changed the battery. The alternator and the starter always tested fine but even with the new battery the car is still not starting.. I have been contacting the dealership and Ron  (owner) will not email or call me back. The last time I spoke to him 3/5/22 he said he would call my mechanic but he never did and Brian that associate that works with him said he just wants me to go see their personal mechanic. Their personal mechanic had bad reviews and people still have had issues with their car so I took it the licensed mechanics that I know. Ron thinks ***** discount tire mechanics aren't real mechanics but how can that be when they are licensed. They told me to take it back to the dealership because the car is faulty and I have had the problem checked four times, plus paid to have it towed. I would like a full refund as I think Ron sold me a lemon and is dodging me on purpose. They also still haven't mailed me my registration and Jill just texted me that they had my wrong address which is odd because they needed my address to give me the car.
